I have manually added the SCCM 2012 server to the local administrators group. The SCCM servers have a group in AD that is added to local administrators through GP. All have the necessary firewall allowances. All of them have the Bits update installed. I have three other Server 2003 servers that have the Endpoint Protection client and are happy.

For some reason, the Endpoint Protection client will not install on the Spiceworks server. The SCCM server is Server 2012 and the target server that is running Spiceworks is Server 2003. I have set up a SCCM 2012 server to implement Endpoint Protection.
